Patent Leather

Description

This is a 1/16″ ribbon-type fiber that you MUST use for Santa’s belt and anywhere else you want a shiny black patent leather look. PL1 is a softer type fiber and is very easy to use – we highly recommend this.  Currently this 1/16″ tape only comes in two colors PL1 and PL2.  But lucky you!  We have some discontinued colors in stock!  If you order more than we have, the system will not allow you to add that number to your cart.
