Isn’t that what we like to see when we go shopping? It’s no different here. I have some NEW items to tell you about.
First, Mary Legallat has published Mary’s Whimsical Small Stitches, Volume 4. As titled, this book contains great stitches for small areas. What’s even MORE exciting is that most pages contain a QR code replacing her tiny url’s. That means if you want to see the stitch on an actual stitched sample, you point your smart phone camera at the QR code and tap the screen when it lights up. It’ll take you to her Instagram account (no you don’t need an account) where you can see it stitched. DELIGHTFUL! I am thrilled with this particular use of technology.
The book is 140 pages, about 5-1/2 x 8-1/2″, wire bound, stitch index included, numbered stitch pathways and only $45! I had ordered 20 and only have two left so I will be ordering again. NEW CHART Quilted Barnyard by From Nancy’s Needle
A sheep, chicken and piggy area all holding their favorite snuggly quilt. The fourth corner has their barn home of course! This chart is cute and will work up quickly. The overall design is 8-1/3″ square and included with it are many of the threads you’re going to need for all that detail! The chart also calls for (4) Caron Collection Watercolours, #010 Fiesta (1 skein), #136 Cedar (1 skein), #175 Dark Shadows (2 skeins) and DMC #5 Perle Cotton, #647 Beaver Gray. Eye Candy Trunk Show Continues

Homestead Needle Arts will be closed on Saturday, June 24 so that I can attend the burial of my mother-in-law. Many of you know that she passed away in February at the age of 95. She had a good, long, full life. I appreciate your understanding.
CHRISTMAS AND HOLIDAY FINISHING DEADLINE
So far our deadline is early to mid-August but I will let you know as soon as I have a firm date from the finisher. Get those fingers stitching!
They look like friends but Skye and Bosco only tolerated each other during his visit. This is us after a long walk. I’m the one not sleeping…
